Professional Background   Warren is actively engaged in the real estate appraising in the Las Vegas area since January 1999 and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.  Warren continues to take continuing education classes with the Appraisal Institute and has just completed his 2005 re-licensing for his Nevada State License.  Scope Of Experience: Residential:  Single family residence, duplexes, triplexes, four-plexes, multiple family conversions, condominium & townhouses, proposed and under construction subdivisions. Vacant Land:  Single family residential sites, residential subdivision sites, multiple family residential sites, special purpose sites and acreages. Special Uses:  Schools & houses of worship. Other:    Expert Witness Testimony & Tax Appeals on property.

Charles Hohl Certified Residential Appraiser - Nevada State License # A.0006312-CR Professional Background Charles, is a resident of Las Vegas since 1994 is actively engaged in the real estate appraising in the Las Vegas area since December, 2003.  Charles continues to take education classes in appraising. Residential:  Expertise in new residential tract construction for national builders, single family residential, mid & hi-rise condominiums projects & residential lots.
